Art Stuff Newsletter
the art newsletter about YOU....
OK, let's dive right into the web sites. If you haven't shared your web site with the rest of us send it to me and I guarantee it will be in the next newsletter. This is not a juried submission. Wouldn't you like 3000 of your peers to see what you're up to?
Congratulations to Susan Novak of Minnesota for her very first web site. Susan was on the San Miguel workshop earlier this year and is coming to Beaune with us.

Jeanne McKenzie is teaching a painting workshop for me in beautiful, sunny San Miguel de Allende, Mexico in November. Again - we have the 2 for 1 special. It used to be called the Recession Special but this all may change soon if the economy continues to strengthen. There may no longer be any 2 for 1 specials. Take advantage of it now - I only reserved 12 rooms. Anyway, there are some women looking to come on this workshop. But they would like to share one of the huge rooms at our hotel. If you're interested let me know and I can put you all in touch.

Leonardo da Vinci
If people knew how hard I worked to get my mastery, it wouldn't seem so wonderful at all.
It is a widely accepted notion among painters that
it does not matter what one paints as long as it is well painted. This is the
essence of academicism. There is no such thing as good painting about nothing.
